Introduction
I don't know about the rest of you, but you I for one have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of DDR memory on the Socket A platform. Granted we did see some benchmarks awhile back when AMD was sending around DDR equipped systems for tech webmasters to review. The time has come and we are finally starting to see a number of mainboard chipsets with DDR memory support. Yessir, AMD is sporting a chipset, as well as trusty ol VIA, and of course ALi. Wait a sec! Ali?!? Why, I remember them from back in the Socket 7 days. Well its definitely true, they are back and not only that, they seem to have a real player on their hands. The well known Iwill seems to believe in Ali's new chipset as well. In fact they decided to build one of their new mainboards off it. Today we are going to put Iwill's new DDR board through its paces and see if it comes out a winner.
At a glance

Granted packaging is relatively unimportant, in my opinion attention to detail reflected in minor things acts as a mirror giving an overall glimpse into the company's quality standards. Thus I noted the extra care that Iwill took in making a extraordinary box style. Just my two cents. =)
